Exercise your mind, body and soul with this
unique cardio dance workout that burns calories, tones your whole body, and is sheer fun! Though it's very easy to follow, you will learn to dance hot exhilirating routines to international rhythms, such as salsa, flamenco, reggaeton, merengue, belly dance, hiphop, brasilian carnaval, and more!
It's made to lift your spirit and boost energy levels, and you won’t even realise you are exercising!!
Wear light clothing and bring a drink.
No need to book. Drop-in £5 per class
